To keep growing, the platform needed its core clinical workflows — appointments, medical records, and coverage — to work as one product for both pet owners and vets, instead of living in separate tools and phone calls.
Independent vets run their agendas very differently — home visits, online consultations, their own hours. The team needed a scheduling system flexible enough for each professional's own hours and services, without building a custom solution for every clinic — and they needed it in production within a tight timeline.
