Greenpeace Andino brings together supporters across Argentina, Chile and Colombia to protect the environment. FlyDevs works with its team on three independent lines: redesigning the petition landings, turning the donation form into a conversion-focused flow, and building the data warehouse and reporting the organization runs on.
Challenges
Greenpeace Andino runs its campaigns on signatures and its work on donations. Every petition landing and every donation form is a moment where a supporter either acts or leaves — and both had room to convert better without rebuilding the tools the team already relies on.
With 78,000 members across Argentina, Chile and Colombia, the data lived in silos: HubSpot, Salesforce and GA4 never met, metrics were calculated differently depending on who looked, and only the team that ran Salesforce could get to the numbers.
Solution · Petition landings
HubSpot stays as the landing generator. The change is visual and UX: a design system that each campaign can adapt to its own key visual without touching the existing signature flows or logic.
high contrast between headlines and supporting copy, so the ask is understood at a glance
the signature form is raised as a card that stands out from the page, with the sign button as the mobile priority
desktop and mobile layouts built to flex across campaigns
form components, buttons, interaction states and type scale, so new campaigns stay consistent
Solution · Donation forms
Working from the fundraising team's own diagnosis of the current form, we turned a single monolithic block into a guided flow. Payment processing stays exactly as it is.
amount and frequency, then personal details, then payment method
each amount is tied to a concrete outcome, so donors see what their gift does
clear tabs with the monthly option marked as the higher-impact choice, instead of an ambiguous toggle
a tick or an error as soon as the donor leaves a field, instead of generic alerts at the end
payment seals next to the CTA and recent-donation notifications, with a CTA that states the real action
a new option that didn't exist before, so supporters can give a donation in someone else's name
Solution · Data warehouse & reporting
A data warehouse on BigQuery with a layered, governed and documented model, and Power BI reporting organized by area. The hardest part isn't the dashboards: it's agreeing on one definition per KPI with every area before building the datamarts.
Fivetran connectors bring Salesforce, HubSpot and GA4 into BigQuery on a schedule
staging, intermediate and mart layers inside BigQuery, with a daily ELT refresh
Executive, Fundraising, Finance, Loyalty and Campaigns, all fed by the same datamarts
metrics are surveyed and agreed with the five areas before they reach a dashboard
How we work
Each line runs, gets tested and ships on its own, so none blocks the others. The landings and donation forms are fixed-scope projects with a fullstack developer each; the data warehouse runs as staff augmentation, with a functional analyst and a data analyst / DW developer working directly with Greenpeace's team. One FlyDevs project manager coordinates everything, with two-week sprints, sprint demos and weekly progress reports.
Result
The work is in progress. Greenpeace Andino is getting petition landings and donation forms designed to convert, on the tools its team already uses, and a single source of truth for the numbers its five areas make decisions with.
